“U.S.A! U.S.A!”

THIS JUST IN: I was so excited that I didn’t have enough time to read the whole article, but apparently residents in the Iraq city of Najaf are staging a massive celebration of the U.S. occupation of Iraq in honor of the 4th anniversary of the fall of Baghdad! This marks the biggest outpouring of gratitude since the U.S. paid 20 or 30 Iraqis to run around downtown Baghdad waving American flags back in 2003. Finally, it seems that a majority of Iraqis have come to realize all of the good things we’ve done for their country.

THE BIGGER PICTURE:

Isn’t this funny, they misspelled “Go U.S.A”!

Apparently, the biggest sign of respect for Iraqis is to use a nation’s flag as a beautiful carpet.

“We would like to thank America for bringing electricity back to most of the parts of our country that had it before the start of the war.”
